Tyler Swedeen
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Compassionate Hearing Care Provider at Theos Audiology, Galesburg
Theos Audiology is proud to be a locally owned practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered hearing care to our community. As part of our mission to provide compassionate service and expert support, we’re excited to welcome Tyler Swedeen to our team in Galesburg.
Tyler is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with extensive experience in conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations, offering customized hearing aid fittings, and providing attentive follow-up care. Known for his warm and thorough approach, Tyler is passionate about helping patients reconnect with their lives through better hearing.
At the heart of Tyler’s care philosophy is education. He ensures every patient fully understands the link between hearing loss and overall health, empowering them to make informed choices about their hearing care. He takes the time to genuinely listen, creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where patients feel supported, heard, and never rushed.
As Tyler shares in his own words: “I believe hearing care is about restoring connections. One of my favorite quotes is from Helen Keller: ‘Blindness separates people from things; deafness separates people from people.’ I’m here to help people feel present and connected again.”
Tyler’s calm, clear communication style makes hearing care approachable for everyone—from first-time hearing aid users to longtime wearers seeking support. His favorite sounds? The cozy crackle of firewood and the satisfying crunch of fresh snow underfoot—moments of life he strives to help every patient rediscover.
